To sign up for eDatabases, click on this link from any computer and have your FIN or NRIC number handy, as well as your e-mail address. 

 

 

A screen such as the following will appear. 

 

Simply fill it in (selecting "None" for the Library Membership field, if you are not a member of the National Library Board of Singapore).  There is a second page to the sign-up form which will ask you for your home address and e-mail address.  That's all there is to it.
